1 przedstawia walec rozdzielajacy w przekroju* wzdluznym, fig. 2 — przekrój wzdluz linii Il-It oznaczonej na fig. 4, fig. 3 —odpowiada¬ jacy fig. 2 przekrój innego rozwiazania drutu pilowego, fig. 4 — fragment drutu pilowego w widoku z kierunku strzalki oznaczonej na fig. 2.Przedstawiony na fig. 1 walec rozdzielajacy sklada sie z korpusu 1 o walcowej, gladkiej powierzchni 2 oraz dwóch kolnierzy czolowych 3. Fig. 3 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny innego roz¬ wiazania drutu pilowego, którego stopa 9 zebów posiada wysokosc odpowiadajaca grubosci zebów 10. For example, a separating roller having a wire is known from the lining description of the German Federal Republic of Germany No. 2,364,544 saw blade used e.g. in carding machines to card fibrous material. These types of standardized wires have a tooth height of 1.3 and 1.5 mm. It turned out that these types of separating rolls result in the formation of yarns of poorer quality and of uneven thickness compared to separating rolls in which the teeth of the saw wire are embedded. are in a screw channel and fastened there. The study showed that the reason for the insufficient quality of the yarn is the lack of parallelism of the half-beveling of the fibers separated by the rollers. The aim of the invention is to develop a structure of a separating roller that enables the production of a yarn without irregularities. The aim of the invention was achieved by the fact that the ratio the height of the tine base to the width of the tine base is equal to or less than 1. Preferably, the ratio of the height of the tine base to the width of the tine base is from 0.4 to 0.6. The height of the tooth base is equal to the maximum thickness of the teeth. The subject of the invention is shown in the examples of embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the separating roller in a longitudinal section*, Fig. 2 - cross-section along the line Il-It marked in Fig. 4, Fig. 3 - a cross-section of another saw wire solution corresponding to Fig. 2, Fig. 4 - a fragment of saw wire in the direction of the arrow marked in Fig. 2. The separating roll shown in Fig. 1 consists of a body 1 with a cylindrical, smooth surface 2 and two front flanges 3. Near both flanges, on the part of the cylindrical surface 2, channels 4 are made. On the cylindrical surface 2, a saw wire 5 is wound in a helical manner, with the beginning of the wire being fixed in the channel 4 and its end in the channel 4 located at the opposite end of the body 1, so that the saw wire adheres under tension to the roller body. Fig. 2 shows the saw wire "in cross-section taken along the line II-II marked in Fig. 4, the base of which has 9 teeth and has a width B , almost twice the height of H. Teeth 8 have the usual shape. Fig. 3 shows a cross-section of another solution of saw wire, whose base of 9 teeth has a height corresponding to the thickness of the teeth 10. Such a shape can be created by bending the base of the teeth of a wire with a rectangular cross-section. The ratio of the height of the tine base to the width of the 9 tine feet can be easily selected at will. Fig. 4 shows a side view of the saw wire, the transition from the tooth area 10 to the foot area 9 being shown as a dashed line. Saw wires with such a low ratio of the height of the tooth feet to the width of the tooth feet are not commercially available. 5 The use of saw wires according to the invention as coverings for separating rolls, in which the foot area is not recessed into the channels of the roll bodies, allows for a much better quality of yarn than can be achieved with the use of commercial saw wires. io Patent claims 1.
