Pudelko na biurkowy kalendarz Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko na biurkowy kalendarz, wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego, metalu lub drewna, przeznaczone do stosowania jako pojemnik do umieszczania w nim kalendarzy, a takze posiadajace odchylana górna powierzchnie tak, ze umozliwia umieszczanie ukosne kartek kalendarza. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni oraz cech i wlasciwosci powierzchni. Pudelko na biurkowy kalendarz, stanowiacy wzór przemyslowy, przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonej ilustracji oraz na rysunkach, zawierajacych na fig.l - widok czolowo-ukosny pudelka ukazujacy dolna czesc stanowiaca podstawe oraz górna odchylana ukosnie czesc umozliwiajaca umieszczanie kartek kalendarza; na fig.2 - widok z góry pudelka ukazujacy jego prostokatny zarys oraz asymetrycznie umieszczone mocowanie górnej czesci; na fig.3 - widok ukosny pudelka ukazujacy wysokosc scian bocznych. Pudelko na biurkowy kalendarz, wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego, korzystnie o przezroczystych scianach lub z drewna lub metalu, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada istotn e cechy przejawiajace sie tym, ze ma sciany czolowe i boczne o prostokatnym zarysie, stanowiace czesc górna i dolna, przy czym czesc dolna stanowi pojemnik na kartki kalendarza, zas czesc górna odchylana jest ukosnie i blokowana oraz umozliwia ukosne umieszczanie kartek kalendarza.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PLDesk Calendar Box. The industrial design is for a desk calendar box made of plastic, metal, or wood, intended to be used as a container for calendars, and having a hinged upper surface allowing calendar pages to be placed diagonally. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, surface arrangement, and surface features and properties. The desk calendar box, constituting the industrial design, is shown in the attached illustration and drawings, including: Fig. 1 - a frontal oblique view of the box, showing the lower base portion and the upper diagonally hinged portion allowing for placement of calendar pages; Fig. 2 - a top view of the box, showing its rectangular outline and the asymmetrically placed attachment for the upper portion; Fig. 3 - an oblique view of the box showing the height of the side walls. The box for the desk calendar, made of plastic, preferably with transparent walls, or of wood or metal, according to an industrial design, has important features in that it has front and side walls with a rectangular outline, constituting the upper and lower parts, wherein the lower part is a container for the calendar pages, while the upper part is tilted diagonally and locked, allowing for diagonal placement of the calendar pages.
