Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga meblowa, przeznaczona do podpie- rania mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac nogi przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 uwidoczniono noge meblowa w widoku ogólnym od strony stopy, na fig. 2 - noge me- blowa w widoku z góry oraz na fotografii, gdzie na fig. 3 - na przedstawiono noge me- blowa w odmianie z drewniana stopa w widoku ogólnym oraz na fig. 4 - noge meblowa w odmianie z metalowa stopa w widoku ogólnym. Noga meblowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej. Noga meblowa przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz fotografii fig. 3 i fig. 4, ma ksztalt bryly powstalej z polaczenia dwóch róznej wielkosci prostopa- dloscianów o prostokatnej podstawie, przy czym wiekszy prostopadloscian stanowi kor- pus, zas mniejszy - stope. The essence of the industrial design is the leg's original form, manifested in characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a general view of the furniture leg from the foot side, Fig. 2 shows a top view of the furniture leg, and in the photograph, where Fig. 3 shows a general view of the furniture leg with a wooden foot, and Fig. 4 shows a general view of the furniture leg with a metal foot. The furniture leg is characterized by having a generally cuboid-like shape with a rectangular base when viewed from the side. The furniture leg shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and photographs, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, is shaped like a solid formed by combining two different-sized cuboids with a rectangular base, with the larger cuboid constituting the body and the smaller the foot. This variation of the leg has a metal body and a wooden foot, shorter than the body and with the same cross-section as the body. The leg in a variant has a wooden body and a shorter metal foot with the same cross-section as the body, wherein the foot is finished with a thin metal base with an outline larger than the foot itself. The legs can be of different heights and can be made by combining different materials other than wood and metal, for example plastic. Essential features of the industrial design 1.
