Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarza¬ nia próbki proszkowej do spektrometrów rentge¬ nowskich.Znany dotychczas sposób wytwarzania próbki proszkowej do spektrometrów rentgenowskich prze¬ widywal dokladne zmieszanie badanego materialu proszkowego ze scisle okreslona iloscia lepiszcza i nastepne sprasowanie mieszanki na pastylke. Ja¬ ko lepiszcze stosowano celuloze, skrobie wzglednie grafit o okreslonym uziarnieniu.Celem wynalazku bylo uproszczenie sposobu wy¬ twarzania próbki proszkowej do spektrometrów rentgenowskich.Cel ten uzyskano, wedlug wynalazku, przez wprasowanie warstwy badanego materialu prosz¬ kowego w warstwe kwasu borowego stanowiacego lepiszcze krystaliczne, przy czym grubosc warstwy badanego materialu wynosi od 0,05 do 0,1 grubos¬ ci warstwy lepiszcza. ? Sposób wedlug wynalazku pozwala na przygo¬ towanie próbki z malej ilosci materialu proszko¬ wego, bez uprzedniego wazenia i mieszania mate¬ rialu z lepiszczem.Przyklad I. Dla oznaczenia skladu chemicz¬ nego zelazokrzemu na spektrometrze rentgenowskim, 10 15 20 25 rozdrobniono go do granulacji rzedu 40 pm i wsy¬ pano do matrycy o srednicy 40 mm na wysokosc 0,5 mm. Nastepnie do matrycy wsypano na wyso¬ kosc 10 mm kwas borowy. Po sprasowaniu otrzy¬ mano pastylke z warstwa zelazokrzemu, która analizowano na spektrometrze rentgenowskim.Przyklad II. Dla oznaczenia skladu chemicz¬ nego zalazomagnezu na spektrometrze rentgeno¬ wskim, przygotowano próbke podobnie jak w przy¬ kladzie I, przez wsypanie do matrycy o srednicy 30 mm najpierw na wysokosc i mm warstwy roz¬ drobnionego zelazomanganu, a nastepnie na wyso¬ kosc 10 mm warstwy kwasu borowego. Po spraso¬ waniu, otrzymana pastylke analizowano na spektro¬ metrze rentgenowskim.Zastrzezenie patentowe Sposób wytwarzania próbki proszkowej do spe¬ ktrometrów rentgenowskich, znamienny tym, ze warstwe badanego materialu sproszkowanego wprasowuje sie w warstwe kwasu borowego sta¬ nowiacego lepiszcze krystaliczne, przy czym -gru¬ bosc warstwy badanego materialu wynosi od 0,05 do 0,1 grubosci warstwy lepiszcza. 112 495 PL
