Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni oraz nadana jej poprzez podswietlenie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia podswietlane lustro w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 przedstawia podswietlane lustro po podswietleniu w widoku z przodu. Podswietlane lustro wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonymi czterema bokami, przy czym dwa górne boki sa znacznie bardziej zaokraglone od dolnych, a dwie pionowe krawedzie podswietlanego lustra na calej swej dlugosci posiadaja fazowanie. Podswietlane lustro wzdluz górnej krawedziposiada poziomy matowy pasek z zaokragleniami koncami, który po podswietleniu lustra jasnieje jednolitym swiatlem. Zródlo swiatla w postaci swietlówki i umieszczonego nad nia lusterka odbijajacego swiatlo, usytuowane jest za matowym paskiem w jego dolnej czesci. Industrial Design Designer: Andrzej Dubiel. Illuminated Mirror. The industrial design is for an illuminated mirror intended for residential and office spaces, particularly bathrooms. The essence of the industrial design is its new and unique form, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the surfaces, and imparted to them by illumination. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the illuminated mirror from a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the illuminated mirror after illumination from a front view. The illuminated mirror, according to the industrial design, has a shape similar to a rectangle with four rounded sides, with the two upper sides being significantly more rounded than the lower ones, and the two vertical edges of the illuminated mirror are chamfered along their entire length. The illuminated mirror features a horizontal, matte strip with rounded ends along its top edge, which emits a uniform light when illuminated. The light source, a fluorescent lamp and a reflective mirror placed above it, is located behind the matte strip at the bottom. Essential industrial design features of the illuminated mirror include: - a shape similar to a rectangle with four rounded sides, with the two upper sides being significantly rounder than the lower ones, and the two vertical edges of the illuminated mirror being chamfered along their entire length; - a horizontal, matte strip with rounded ends along the top edge of the illuminated mirror, which emits a uniform light when illuminated; - a light source in the form of a fluorescent lamp and a mirror placed above it, reflecting the light, located behind the matte strip in its lower part.
