Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni oraz nadana poprzez podswietlenie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach w dwóch odmianach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia podswietlane lustro w widoku z przodu w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia podswietlane lustro po podswietleniu w widoku z przodu w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 3 przedstawia podswietlane lustro w widoku z przodu w drugiej odmianie, a fig. 4 przedstawia podswietlane lustro po podswietleniu w widoku z przodu w drugiej odmianie.W obu odmianach podswietlane lustro wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada matowe pasy oraz zródlo swiatla w postaci kinkietów halogenowych umieszczonych za matowymi pasami. Po podswietleniu wzoru przemyslowego matowe pasy swieca punktowo blado zóltym swiatlem. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego podswietlane lustro ma ksztalt zblizony do rozlozonego wachlarza, przy czym dwie krawedzie: boczna - pionowa i dolna - pozioma tworza kat prosty. Matowy pas umieszczony jest wzdluz bocznej - pionowej krawedzi w odleglosci zblizona do jego szerokosci. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego podswietlane lustro ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata przy czym dwie krótsze, pionowe krawedzie posiadaja symetrycznie obly ksztalt. Wzdluz tych krawedzi umieszczone sa centralnie, nieco krótsze, matowe pasy o identycznym ksztalcie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Podswietlane lustro wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada: - w obu odmianach matowe pasy oraz zródlo swiatla w postaci kinkietów halogenowych umieszczonych za matowymi pasami, które po podswietleniu lustra swieca punktowo blado zóltym swiatlem. - w pierwsza odmianie ksztalt zblizony do rozlozonego wachlarza, przy czym dwie krawedzie: boczna - pionowa i dolna - pozioma tworza kat prosty, a matowy pas umieszczony jest wzdluz bocznej - pionowa krawedzi w odleglosci zblizonej do jego szerokosci. - w drugiej odmianie ksztalt zblizony do prostokata przy czym dwie krótsze, pionowe krawedzie posiadaja symetrycznie obly ksztalt. Industrial Design: Andrzej Dubiel Illuminated Mirror. The industrial design is for an illuminated mirror intended for residential and office spaces, particularly bathrooms. The essence of the industrial design is its new and unique form, manifested in the shape and surface arrangement, and imparted through backlighting. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings in two variations, where Fig. 1 shows the illuminated mirror in a front view in the first variation, Fig. 2 shows the illuminated mirror in a front view after illumination in the first variation, Fig. 3 shows the illuminated mirror in a front view in the second variation, and Fig. 4 shows the illuminated mirror in a front view after illumination in the second variation. In both variations, the illuminated mirror according to the industrial design has matte stripes and a light source in the form of halogen wall lamps placed behind the matte stripes. When the industrial design is illuminated, the matte stripes emit a pale yellow spotlight. In the first variation of the industrial design, the illuminated mirror has a shape similar to an unfolded fan, with the two edges: the vertical side and the horizontal bottom edge forming a right angle. A matte stripe runs along the side, vertical edge at a distance approximately equal to its width. In the second version of the industrial design, the illuminated mirror is roughly rectangular in shape, with the two shorter, vertical edges symmetrically oval. Along these edges are centrally placed, slightly shorter, matte stripes of identical shape. Essential features of the industrial design: The illuminated mirror in the industrial design features: - both versions feature matte stripes and a light source in the form of halogen wall lamps placed behind the matte stripes, which, when illuminated, emit a pale yellow spotlight. - The first variant has a shape similar to an unfolded fan, with the two edges: the lateral (vertical) and the lower (horizontal) one, forming a right angle, and a matte stripe is placed along the lateral (vertical) edge at a distance similar to its width. - The second variant has a shape similar to a rectangle, with the two shorter, vertical edges having a symmetrically rounded shape.
