Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni oraz nadana poprzez podswietlenie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia podswietlane lustro w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 przedstawia podswietlane lustro po podswietleniu w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu. Podswietlane lustro wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada lekko matowa szybe w ksztalcie prostokata, przy czym krótszy bok szyby stanowi okolo 5/6 dlugosci boku dluzszego. Na szybe naklejona jest tafla lustra proporcjonalnie mniejsza wstosunku do wielkosci szyby tak, ze szyba tworzy rame tafli lustra. Krawedzie zarówno szyby jak i tafli lustra posiadaja fazowanie. Podswietlane lustro ma zródlo swiatla w postaci dwóch swietlówek usytuowanych z tylu tafli lustra, wzdluz jej dluzszych boków. Fazowanie krawedzi szyby po podswietleniu lustra daje kolor jasno zielony, a na dluzszych bokach ramy lustra rozchodzi sie poswiata oddajaca kolor podloza na którym lustro jest zamontowane. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Podswietlane lustro wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada: - lekko matowa szybe w ksztalcie prostokata, przy czym krótszy bok szyby stanowi okolo S/6 dlugosci boku dluzszego; - fazowana tafle lustra proporcjonalnie mniejsza w stosunku do wielkosci szyby, która jest naklejona na szybe w ten sposób, ze szyba tworzy rame tafli lustra; -zródlo swiatla w postaci dwóch swietlówek, które usytuowane sa z tylu tafli lustra, wzdluz jej dluzszych boków; - fazowane krawedzie matowej szyby, które po podswietleniu lustra daja kolor jasno zielony; - dluzsze boki ramy lustra, na których po podswietleniu rozchodzi sie poswiata oddajaca kolor podloza podswietlanego lustra.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PLDubiel Vitrum Glassworks Andrzej Dubiel KaoKa aueoj, ttoisKa Creator of the Industrial Design Andrzej Dubiel Illuminated Mirror The industrial design is for an illuminated mirror intended for residential and office spaces, particularly bathrooms. The essence of the industrial design is its new and unique character, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the surfaces, and imparted by the illumination. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the illuminated mirror in a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the illuminated mirror after illumination in a perspective front view. The illuminated mirror, according to the industrial design, has a slightly frosted rectangular glass pane, with the shorter side of the glass being approximately 5/6 the length of the longer side. A mirror pane proportionally smaller than the glass is glued to the glass, so that the glass forms the mirror's frame. The edges of both the glass and the mirror are chamfered. The illuminated mirror has a light source in the form of two fluorescent lamps located on the back of the mirror, along its longer sides. The chamfered glass edges produce a light green color when illuminated, while a glow radiates along the longer sides of the mirror frame, reflecting the color of the substrate on which the mirror is mounted. Essential features of the industrial design: The illuminated mirror, based on the industrial design, has: - slightly matte rectangular glass, with the shorter side of the glass being approximately ¼ of the length of the longer side; - a beveled mirror pane proportionally smaller in relation to the size of the glass, which is glued to the glass so that the glass forms the frame of the mirror pane; - a light source in the form of two fluorescent lamps, which are located at the back of the mirror pane, along its longer sides; - beveled edges of the frosted glass, which, when illuminated, give off a light green color; - the longer sides of the mirror frame, on which, when illuminated, a glow spreads, reflecting the color of the illuminated mirror's substrate.
