Abstract

The apparatus has an elongated washing tank (1), which has on one narrow side a material feed with subsequent washing zone (7) and agitator (13, 14) and on the other narrow side a removal zone (8), which is arranged upstream of an adjoining discharge device (25). The latter comprises a rotating screening drum (39), which is mounted transversely to the transporting direction of the products and conveys with its uppermost part, rising up slightly from the liquid surface (19), the products into a discharge channel (44). In this arrangement, the screening drum (39) rotates in a discharge tank (41), which on the liquid side reaches only to below the liquid level (19), and is provided at the height of its axis with an outflow opening (46). By means of the discharge device (25), arranged downstream of the removal zone (8) and connected to the latter on the liquid side, a continuous, fully automatic washing-process run-through operation can be achieved over a lengthy period of time. The main application area of the apparatus is the reprocessing of plastic scrap.

Z.P Dz-wó, z. 103 (1Ó0+20) o.dl Cena 45 zl PL PL PL The subject of the invention is a device for washing cut products, especially plastic products, e.g. foils or tapes, containing an elongated tank, filled with a washing solution and equipped with movable elements - including a settling hopper, and also having a pouring container on the narrow side. for dirty products and a washing zone directly adjacent to it, and on the opposite, narrower side, a receiving zone with a device for receiving cleaned products. RFN DOS no. 25 25 749 describes a device for washing shredded plastics, including a closed-circuit chain conveyor, equipped with transverse sheet metal drivers, spaced at equal intervals, driven in the transverse direction of the tank. Transverse sheet metal carriers are moved horizontally through the washing solution on the surface so that the cleaned cuttings can be conveyed across the diagonal surface of the ejector device. This ejection device contains many moving parts subject to wear. The object of the invention is to enable long-term operation. in a continuous, fully automated manner to both the washing device and the receiving device. This goal, according to the invention, was achieved by locating the receiving device behind the receiving zone, where the liquid contained in it is combined with the liquid from this zone, while The receiving device includes a rotating sieve drum, placed in the tank transversely to the direction of movement of the cut pieces, protruding slightly above the surface of the washing solution and reaching into the discharge channel located above the liquid surface, with the front wall of the tank placed in within the collection zone, it is brought below the surface of the liquid, and in addition, the tank containing the sieve drum is equipped with a liquid extraction system. Using this device, the cuttings, directed at the surface of the washing liquid, are captured by the sieve drum, removed from the liquid and fed to the continuously into the discharge channel. The liquid collected with the cossettes flows into the sieve drum and is extracted from its interior by means of a conduit. In order to enable reliable removal of the cossettes from the discharge channel, a pneumatic converter device is connected to this channel. The slices are therefore sucked in from the discharge channel. The washing liquid extracted from the screen drum is preferably fed back into the washing process. Particles of impurities brought with the extracted liquid are separated by a filter, thanks to which even highly contaminated washing liquid, after cleaning, can be returned to the washing tank. For 110 338$ 110338 4 the possibility of removing the smallest particles of impurities, solution components or chemical components from the return water in the case of using chemical processing agents, the filters are coupled with an ion exchanger. The subject of the invention is shown in the embodiment example in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the entire washing device in a longitudinal section, Fig. 2 - the receiving device in a longitudinal section, enlarged, and Fig. 3 - the washing device in a cross-section along the line III-III marked in Fig. 2. In the elongated tank 1 with front walls 2 and 3, located on its narrower sides, there is a washing zone 7 and a reception zone 8. In the washing zone 7 there is a mixer composed of parts 13 and 14 - zone washing zone 7 is separated from the collection zone 8 by wall 9 and bulkhead 10. Moreover, the washing zone fcJ is separated from the settling hopper 6 by a grate 20. Behind the collection zone 8, in the direction of transporting the cossified pieces, there is a collecting device 25 in the tank 1 The front wall 3, connected to the upper edge 42, is located below the surface of the liquid. The liquid from the receiving zone 8 is combined with the liquid from the receiving device 25. The receiving device 25 includes, among other things, a tank 41 above which and above the receiving zone 8 there is a discharge channel 44. In the tank |f is placed transversely to the direction of flow In the cutter's water, a rotating sieve drum 39, part of which is located above the liquid surface. In the upper part of the sieve drum 39 of the tank 41, between this drum 39 and the discharge port 45 of the discharge channel 44, there is a sheet metal guide bar 43 covered. The sieve drum 39 is mounted on a shaft. drum 40 rotates in the direction of arrow A and reaches the side walls of the tank 41, not shown in the drawing. The drum can be either open or closed on the sides. In the presented embodiment, the sieve drum is open on the sides, the tank 41 is provided with an annular hole 46 to which an extraction conduit 47 is connected. Both sides of the tank 41 are preferably equipped with one hole 46 and one conduit 47, and both conduits 47 are connected to one common exhaust pipe. The extraction opening 46 is preferably located under the sieve drum, e.g. in the head of the housing 41. The coarse grain cleaned in the washing zone 7 leaves it below the lower edge 11 of the bulkhead 10 and enters the collection zone 8, where it is directed to the liquid surface. The liquid level in both the washing zone 7 and the receiving zone is at the same level. The slices, facing upwards, are caught by the rotating sieve drum 39, removed from the liquid and brought to the sheet metal guide 43, where they are removed from the drum. The liquid taken with the cutter into the sieve drum 39, where it reaches the level of the opening 46. The cutter is discharged through the connector 45 for further processing. This is preferably done pneumatically, aip. by means of a fan connected to the stub 45 and sucking the cut pieces from the discharge channel 44. The extracted washing liquid is fed through the conduit 48, to the filter 49, the ion exchanger and after cleaning it is returned and directed to the washing zone via the conduit 50. Cleaned the return water is fed through the stub 51 to the receiving device 25, possibly together with fresh water from the pipe 29. To enable separate washing of cossettes of different colors, it is necessary to ensure quick emptying of the washing device before introducing differently colored cossettes into it. Fast emptying is carried out in such a way that the slices located on the liquid surface 19 are directed to the discharge opening by means of a liquid stream. For this purpose, a nozzle is placed in the front wall 2 above the liquid surface 19, inclined towards it, from which the liquid in the form of fresh water, return water or both is sprayed onto the cutter. To enable the cutter to reach the receiving zone 8 on the liquid surface, it is necessary to remove the wall 9 separating the washing zone 7 from the receiving zone 8. For this purpose, the wall 9 ends at a certain distance above the liquid mirror 19 and only the bearings 16 supporting the shafts 13, and behind ¬ mounted in wall 9, they are hidden under the surface 19 of the liquid. The bulkhead placed behind the wall is mounted pivotally, thanks to which it can be tilted above the surface 19 of the liquid. Thus, the cossettes are fed directly to the sieve drum 39. Fresh water can be supplied through pipe 29 either to the collection zone 8 and from there to the distribution pocket 52, located on the tilting bulkhead 10, or to the washing zone 7. To this zone, the liquid may be introduced either above or below the surface 19 of the liquid. It is also possible to use a pipe to supply fresh water either to the stub 51 in the receiving zone 8 or to the stub in the washing zone 7. Patent claims 1.
