Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli z przeznaczeniem do pokoju sypialni. Zestaw mebli sklada sie z szafy pieciodrzwiowej, szafy czterodrzwiowej, szafy trzydrzwiowej, komody wysokiej, komody niskiej, lózka, szafki nocnej, lustra i toaletki. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter jego postac, przejawiajaca sie w jego konturach i ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji i fotografii. Cechy Istotne wzoru przemyslowego Szafy pieciodrzwiowa, czterodrzwiowa i trzydrzwiowa maja istotne cechy wspólne - na drzwiach wewnetrznych, lustra zajmuja okolo 2/3 powierzchni plyciny, a ponizej luster znajduje sie doklejka z trzema rowkami; drzwi zewnetrzne szaf na okolo 2/3 powierzchni plyciny maja aplikacje ozdobna przypominajaca „poduszke", a ponizej jest doklejka z trzema rowkami; na bokach szaf do korpusu przymocowane sa listwy (lezyny), które z przodu maja trzy rowki na okolo 2/3 wysokosci; profil ramki drzwi sklada sie z dwóch malych wybrzuszen na skrajach i jednym duzym w srodku; zwieczenie ozdobne, górne szaf ma profilowane krawedzie, które w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt dwóch malych wybrzuszen i jednego wiekszego ponizej. Szafy pieciodrzwiowe i czterodrzwiowe maja istotne cechy wspólne - wysunieta do przodu czesc srodkowa z drzwiami. Szafka nocna, komoda wysoka, komoda niska oraz toaletka maja istotne cechy wspólne - wieniec górny ma z trzech stron profilowane ozdobne krawedzie o ksztalcie lukowym; pod wiencem znajduje sie z trzech stron listwa profilowa z dwoma malym wybrzuszeniami na skraju i jednym wiekszym na srodku; nogi przednie i tylne maja w przekroju ksztalt kwadratu, maja lukowe przewezenie w czesci dolnej widoczne z przodu i zboku; na nogach przednich z przodu znajduja sie trzy rowki. Komoda wysoka, komoda niska, toaletka posiadaja istotna ceche wspólna - listwa profilowa jest rozcieta od frontu i stanowi czolo szuflady waskiej. Komoda wysoka, komoda niska i szafka nocna posiadaja istotne cechy wspólne - maja szuflady, przy czym w szufladzie znajdujacej sie ponizej szuflady waskiej oraz dolnej sa doklejki z trzema rowkami, natomiast na czolach szuflad, poza szufladami waskimi jest aplikacja ozdobna przypominajaca „poduszke"; pod wiencem górnym i dolna szuflada znajduje sie doklejka z trzema rowkami. Lózko ma nogi, które w czesci nizszego szczytu przedniego i wyzszego szczytu tylnego w przekroju maja ksztalt prostokata. Nogi wyzszego szczytu tylnego maja ksztalt profilowany, wybrzuszony odchylone sa na zewnatrz lózka i polaczone sa belka, która w przekroju poprzecznym ma zmienna grubosc i w czesci srodkowej jest wypukla. Pod belka wyzszego szczytu tylnego jest listwa z trzema rowkami po zewnetrznych stronach, a na srodku pomiedzy rowkami wzdluznymi jest rowek w ksztalcie elipsy. Pod listwa z rowkami wzdluznymi i elipsa jest profilowa listwa ozdobna o wygladzie analogicznym jak w szufladach waskich, w przekroju poprzecznym sklada sie z dwóch wybrzuszen na skraju i jednego w srodku. Nogi w czesci nizszego szczytu przedniego o profilowanym ksztalcie sa wybrzuszone i polaczone belka o stalym eliptycznym przekroju poprzecznym. Pod belka nizszego szczytu przedniego jest listwa z trzema rowkami po zewnetrznych stronach, a na srodku pomiedzy rowkami wzdluznymi jest rowek w ksztalcie elipsy. Lustro ma rame o ksztalcie podobnym jak ramka w szafach, która w przekroju poprzecznym sklada sie z dwóch wybrzuszen na skraju i jednego wiekszego w srodku. The furniture set consists of a five-door wardrobe, a four-door wardrobe, a three-door wardrobe, a tall chest of drawers, a low chest of drawers, a bed, a nightstand, a mirror, and a dressing table. The essence of the industrial design is its new and unique form, manifested in its contours and shape. The design is presented in the attached illustration and photograph. The illustration shows perspective views: a five-door wardrobe - fig. 1, a four-door wardrobe - fig. 2, a three-door wardrobe - fig. 3, a tall chest of drawers - fig. 4, a low chest of drawers - fig. 5, a bed - fig. 6, a bedside table - fig. 7, a mirror - fig. 8, a dressing table - fig. 9, while the photograph shows a furniture set - fig. 10 consisting of a four-door wardrobe, a bed, a bedside table, a mirror, and a low chest of drawers. Significant Features of Industrial Design Five-door, four-door and three-door wardrobes have significant features in common - on the inner doors, mirrors occupy approximately 2/3 of the panel surface, and below the mirrors there is an additional panel with three grooves; the outer doors of the wardrobes have a decorative application resembling a "cushion" on approximately 2/3 of the panel surface, and below that is a gluing with three grooves; on the sides of the wardrobes, slats (beds) are attached to the body, which have three grooves at the front at approximately 2/3 of the height; the door frame profile consists of two small bulges at the edges and one large one in the middle; the decorative, upper top of the wardrobes has profiled edges, which in cross-section have the shape of two small bulges and one larger one below. Five-door and four-door wardrobes have important common features - a central part with doors protruding forward. The bedside table, tall chest of drawers, low chest of drawers, and dressing table have important common features - the top panel has profiled, decorative, arch-shaped edges on three sides; Under the top, there's a molding on three sides with two small bulges at the edge and one larger one in the middle; the front and back legs have a square cross-section and an arched narrowing at the bottom, visible from the front and side; the front legs have three grooves at the front. The tall chest of drawers, the low chest of drawers, and the dressing table all have one important feature in common: the molding is slit at the front and forms the front of a narrow drawer. The tall chest of drawers, the low chest of drawers, and the bedside table all have drawers, but the drawer below the narrow and lower drawers has three-groove edge bands. The drawer fronts, except for the narrow drawers, feature a decorative "cushion"-like application; under the top and lower chest of drawers, there's a three-groove edge band. The bed has legs that, in the lower front gable and the higher rear gable, have a rectangular cross-section. The legs of the higher rear gable have a profiled, bulging shape, angled outward from the bed and connected by a beam that has variable thickness in cross-section and is convex in the middle. Beneath the beam of the higher rear gable is a strip with three grooves on the outer sides, and in the center between the longitudinal grooves is an elliptical groove. Beneath the strip with longitudinal and ellipse grooves is a decorative profile strip with an appearance similar to that of narrow drawers; in cross-section, it consists of two bulges at the edge and one in the center. The legs in the lower, profiled gable section are bulged and connected by a beam with a constant elliptical cross-section. Beneath the lower gable beam is a strip with three grooves on the outer sides, and in the center between the longitudinal grooves is an elliptical groove. The mirror has a frame similar in shape to the frame in a wardrobe, which in cross-section consists of two bulges at the edge and one larger one in the center.
