Fig.1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a socket-shaped channel profile designed for assembling truss elements constituting components of suspended ceilings, particularly grid ceilings, as well as for assembling decorative elements in the form of various geometric figures arranged on surfaces and planes. The essence of the industrial design is the new shape of the profile, which constitutes a channel with walls parallel to a certain height and then bent outward so that the bent planes form an angle, preferably a right angle. Furthermore, the bent parts of the walls are provided with cutouts in a specified scale, either U-shaped with material removal or in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with a large base along the upper edge of the walls and also with material removal. The industrial design is shown in the drawing in three variations, illustrated in three figures. Each figure shows the profile from a front view of the wall and its cross-sectional shape. Figure 1 shows the first variation of the design, which is a stepped channel profile, shaped so that the walls are parallel to a certain height above the bottom, and then bent outward so that the bent planes form an angle, preferably a right angle. In the bent portions of the walls, U-shaped cutouts are made at a specific pitch, spaced slightly from the bending line. Below these cutouts, on the bottom side of the profile, are cutouts with a straight edge, breaking into a triangular notch at a specific height above the bottom of the profile. These cutouts also leave semicircular tongues with slits on both sides, shorter than the depth of the cutout. The ends of the walls are shaped like tongues, but within the parallel sections of the profile walls, with a slot between the wall and the tongue. Figure 2 shows a second variant of the profile, with trapezoidal cutouts repeated at a specific pitch on the bent sections of the walls, with a large base at the top edge of the walls. Slotted cutouts are made at the small bases of the trapezoidal cutouts, leaving tongues with straight upper edges but with bent corners. Small circular holes are made beneath the tongues, and below, opposite the slots near the tongues, pairs of vertical slotted cutouts are made. The wall ends are as in the first variant. Figure 3 shows the third profile variant, which differs from the second variant in that the left edges are straight, while the right side has a tongue-shaped end with a left slit and a step in place of the right slit. Small round holes are located beneath the repeated tongues, and horizontal slot-shaped cutouts are made at a certain height above the bottom at the ends of the profile, while the remaining elements are the same as in the second variant. List of industrial design varieties 1. First variety - fig. 1, 2. Second variety - fig. 2, 3. Third variety - fig. 3. Essential features of the industrial design For all varieties, an essential feature is a new, original shape of the profile, constituting a stepped channel by bending parallel walls outwards at a certain height, and additionally, the following are essential in individual varieties: - in variety 1, repeated U-shaped cutouts in the bent parts of the walls, - in varieties 2 and 3, repeated isosceles trapezoid cutouts in the bent parts of the walls with a larger base on the side of the edges of the walls, - in varieties 1, 2 and 3, repeated cutouts leaving tongues framed on the left and right sides with slots, - in variety 1, the location under the Cut out the U-shaped cutouts from the bottom of the profile, leaving the tongues and bending the edges into single teeth.
