The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the channel profile, exposed at the top and gables, with repeated material recesses on the walls and bottom, and with straight edges or cut-out tongues with semicircular ends, or a semicircular and straight end, connected to the walls by a bridge. The industrial design is shown in the drawing in ten variations, illustrated in ten figures. Each figure shows the profile from the front of the wall and its cross-sectional shape. Fig. Figure 1 shows the first profile variant according to the pattern, which is a channel profile, exposed on three sides, with tongue-shaped wall ends, which are connected to the walls by recessed bridges. These ends have a straight edge at the top, flush with the top edge of the walls, and semicircular ends at the bottom. The walls have straight recesses made in a specified scale, with beveled corners and tongues with a semicircular upper end, shorter than the recess, and with lateral gaps between the recess edges and the longitudinal edges of the tongues. Figure 2 shows the second profile variant, differing from the first variant in the shape of the recess in the walls. In the second variant, the chamfered edge of the bottom notch transitions into a small arc into the material and then into a straight edge, with the remaining elements remaining unchanged. Fig. 3 shows the third profile variant, which differs from the first in that repeated recesses in the plane of the walls are made from the top edge of the walls and from the bottom, with the bottom element removed. The upper notch is made in the form of spaced slots, leaving a tongue between them with a straight edge equal to the edge of the walls, resembling a tooth. The lower notch is a notch into the walls, leaving opposite tongues with a semicircular ending, shorter than the notch and with slots on the sides, with the bottom element removed, and the remaining elements remaining unchanged. Fig. 4 shows the fourth variant of the profile, exposed from the top and from the tops, with a straight vertical edge of the walls on the left side and chamfered corners, while the repetitive cutouts on the walls with a specific pitch are made as in the first variant, and the right end of the walls is made in the form of an identical cutout with a tongue, leaving a step on the right side of the tongue instead of a slot, and in addition, small round holes are made under the tongues on the walls, and at the bottom of the walls, above the bottom, at a certain height, slotted cutouts are made at a certain distance from the end vertical edges of the walls. Fig. 5 shows the fifth variant of the profile, exposed at the top and gables, with wall ends in the form of tongues with a semicircular end at the bottom of the profile, and bridges connecting them to the walls starting from their upper edges. Repeated cutouts in the walls are made from the bottom, removing the bottom element and leaving the tongues with a semicircular end in the walls. The edges of the cutouts are broken in one place above the bottom of the profile into a triangular notch. Fig. 6 shows the sixth variant of the profile, whose walls are terminated with tongues with straight edges at the top, transitioning into bridges connecting them to the walls. The recurring cutouts on the walls, spaced at a specific scale, are cutouts with straight edges extending into the wall from the top, but with beveled corners and semicircular tongues extending toward the top of the wall with slits on the sides, the tongues being shorter than the cutout itself. Small circular holes are made beneath the tongues, and below, in pairs, short slotted cutouts are made under each tongue. Fig. 7 shows the seventh variant of the profile, exposed from the top and from the peaks, which has two cutouts on each wall from the top, bent outward at an acute angle and then bent towards the wall and parallel to it. Figures 8, 9, and 10 show the eighth, ninth, and tenth varieties, respectively, in which the ends of the walls have kidney-shaped ends with straight outer edges and bridge-shaped connections with the walls, as well as a length shorter than the height of the profile walls. The repeated cutouts in the walls from their upper edge are identical in the eighth variety to the first variety, in the ninth variety to the second variety, while in the tenth variety, these are cutouts on both sides, i.e., from the top of the walls and from the bottom of the profile, leaving tongues with semicircular ends on the bottom and top edges of the walls shorter than the depth of the cutouts, with slits on both sides and without beveled corners of the cutouts. List of industrial design varieties: 1. First variety - fig. 1, 2. Second variety - fig. 2, 3. Third variety - fig. 3, 4. Fourth variety - fig. 4, 5. Fifth variety - fig. 5, 6. Sixth variety - fig. 6, 7. Seventh variety - fig. 7, 8. Eighth variety - fig. 8, 9. Ninth variety - fig. 9, 10. Tenth variety - fig. 10. Essential features of the industrial design For all ten varieties, the transverse shape of the profile is an essential feature, and additionally in the following varieties the following are essential: -/t-izz : /Ki r * i o (in varieties 1, 2 and 3, the ends of the walls in the form of tongues of a specific shape and bridge connections, in varieties 5 and 6 wall endings, other than in varieties 1, 2 and 3, as well as other bridge connections, in varieties 8, 9 and 10 kidney-shaped wall endings 1 bridge connections, in variety 7 shaping the material cut on the walls into a double bend in different directions, in varieties 2, 5 and 9 shaping the edges of the cutouts into opposite teeth, in variety 10 symmetrical bilateral cutouts in the walls, in all varieties shaping tongues in the cutouts, where the semicircular endings while maintaining bilateral slits are shorter than the cutouts.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4Fig. 5 Fig. 6Fig. 7 Fig. 8Fig. 9 Fig. 10Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 Fig. 9 Fig. 10 PL PL
