Abstract

The utility model relates to a process of producing singkamas (Pachyrhizus erosus) milk candy (yema) comprising the following steps: preparing ingredients such as singkamas, condensed milk, egg yolk, and vanilla; washing the singkamas with fresh water; peeling the singkamas using the peeler; cutting the singkamas into small cubes; blending the singkamas cubes into the blender until smooth; mixing thoroughly the condensed milk, egg yolk, and vanilla in the lid using a wooden ladle; putting the blended singkamas in the mixture and stirring thoroughly until well mixed;ú putting on low fire and stirring constantly until mixture forms a circle; molding the singkamas yema mixture using a molder and shaping it evenly; wrapping the singkamas yema using food grade plastic cellophane.
