This utility model relates to the process of producing polvoron but more particular to the production of polvoron using paragis. The process comprises the gathering of paragis (goose grass) using scissors for cutting leaves and stems, washing, air drying for 3-5 days, cutting into smaller pieces the leaves and stems, pulverizing using blender and/or mortar and pestle, sifting and storing the pulverized paragis into a clean plastic container. The process of producing polvoron comprise the following steps; preparing the tools and materials to be used for polvoron making, measuring all the dry ingredients, toasting, mixing the toasted paragis, sugar, skim milk, powdered milk and melted butter thoroughly, cooling the mixture, molding the mixture using polvoron molder to evenly shape the product and wrapping the molded product with Japanese wrapper or colored cellophane.
