Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a building material provided with a lighting device, wherein the "glare" of the building material mainly used as an exterior material can be reduced. The building material provided with the lighting device according to the present invention is provided with: a frame (1) having an elongated shape; a lighting device (2) mounted on a fitting material (3) that is fixed to the frame (1); a reflective material (4) that reflects light radiated from the lighting device (2); and a cover material (6) capable of reducing the "glare" generated on the reflective material (4). When glare having high brightness is generated on the reflective material (4) by the illumination light of the lighting device (2), a beam (b) is generated from an opening portion (65) of the cover material (6) by light from said location or the like, the beam (b) being generated at a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the reflective material (4). Therefore, since glare is not perceptible outside the range of the beam, glare can be reduced and soft light can be perceived.
