CARACTERIZADO POR UN TANQUE QUE COMPRENDE: A) UN IMPULSOR QUE SUSPENDE PARTICULAS DE MINERAL; B) MECANISMO OPERABLE CON EL IMPULSOR PARA SUSPENDER PARTICULAS DE MINERAL Y PARA DISPERSAR BURBUJAS DE AIRE EN UNA FASE DE PULPA (SUSPENSION) PARA LA GENERACION DE ESPUMA; C) UNA PLURALIDAD DE PLACAS DIVISORIAS ORIENTADAS EN FORMA RADIAL PARA REDUCIR EL MOMENTUM ANGULAR Y AUMENTAR EL MOMENTUM RADIAL DE LA ESPUMA (FLUJO RADIAL ASCENDENTE DE LA PULPA HACIA EL CANALIZO PERIFERICO). DICHAS PLACAS SE EXTIENDEN RADIALMENTE HACIA ADENTRO EN UNA ORIENTACION RADIAL Y VERTICAL EN EL TANQUE; Y D) UNOS CANALIZOS QUE TIENEN UN REBORDE DE REBOSE QUE SIRVE PARA EL REBOSE DE LA ESPUMA. DICHOS CANALIZOS ESTAN UBICADOS EN EL EXTREMO SUPERIOR DEL TANQUE DEFINIENDO UN NIVEL DE ESPUMA DURANTE LA OPERACION DE LA CELDA DE FLOTACION. DICHOS CANALIZOS TIENEN UNA SUPERFICIE SUPERIOR COPLANAR CON LOS OTROS CANALIZOS Y COMPRENDEN: 1) CANALIZO CENTRAL UBICADO EN LA PERIFERIA DEL TANQUE PARA SEPARAR LA ESPUMA DESDE EL TANQUE; 2) CANALIZO SECUNDARIO QUE DESCARGA LA ESPUMA DESDE EL TANQUE HACIA UN PUNTO SELECCIONADO; Y 3) CANALIZO RADIAL, EL CUAL ESTA EN COMUNICACION FLUIDA CON UN CANALIZO CENTRAL Y SECUNDARIO PARA AUMENTAR LA RECUPERACION Y DESCARGA DE LA ESPUMA DESDE EL TANQUE
