RELACIONADO A UN PROCESO DONDE EL MINERAL DISGREGADO SE SECA CON AYUDA DE UN GAS DE SECADO CALIENTE QUE FLUYE POR LAS PARTICULAS DE MINERAL DISGREGADO Y EL GAS DE SECADO, DESPUES DE HABER FLUIDO POR LAS PARTICULAS DE MINERAL, SE PURIFICA MIENTRAS LIBERA LAS PARTICULAS DE MINERAL EN POLVO, ESTAS SE RECOGEN Y MEZCLAN CON EL MINERAL DISGREGADO SECO, SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE: 1) SE EFECTUA EL SECADO CON EL METODO DE LECHO GIRATORIO DONDE, EL GAS DE SECADO PASA A TRAVES DEL MINERAL DISGREGADO, FORMANDO UN LECHO GIRATORIO; 2) LA VELOCIDAD DEL GAS DE SECADO, SE FIJA A UNA TASA EN LA CUAL SE PRODUCE LA RETENCION DE LAS PARTICULAS DE MINERAL EN POLVO RETENIDAS POR EL GAS DE SECADO; 3) DICHAS PARTICULAS SE SEPARAN, RECOGEN Y MEZCLAN CON EL MINERAL DISGREGADO SECO EN CANTIDADES DOSIFICADAS.
