Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a acidos nucleicos, secuencias de proteinas, vectores y celulas huesped para la expresion recombinante de una nueva beta-fructofuranosidasa. La presente invencion tambien se refiere a peptidos precursores que contienen peptidos senal fusionados con nuevas enzimas beta-fructofuranosidasa que permiten la generacion de un mayor rendimiento de la enzima eficaz como proteina secretora. La invencion tambien se refiere a un proceso para la expresion de una nueva beta-fructofuranosidasa recombinante como proteina secretada. La concentracion de beta-fructofuranosidasa es de aproximadamente 2-5 g/L. La enzima muestra una pureza de casi el 85 % despues de la filtracion, lo que elimina la necesidad de costosos procedimientos cromatograficos
