Abstract

Se da a conocer un metodo para tratar agua de proceso de una disposicion (1) de flotacion, comprendiendo la disposicion de flotacion una disposicion (1) de flotacion que comprende una linea (10) de flotacion de minerales y una disposicion (20) de tratamiento de agua de proceso para tratar la descarga inferior de la linea de flotacion de minerales. El metodo comprende las etapas de a) deshidratar la descarga inferior de la flotacion en un separador (21) solido-liquido gravitacional; b) someter el sobrenadante (221) de la etapa a) a flotacion de limpieza para recoger al menos las particulas finas y los productos quimicos de flotacion residuales, para separar al menos las particulas finas y los productos quimicos de flotacion residuales del sobrenadante en el rebalse (232) de flotacion de limpieza, y para formar agua (231) de proceso purificada como descarga inferior de flotacion de limpieza; c) retirar el rebalse (232) de flotacion de limpieza como relaves, y d) recircular el agua (231) de proceso purificada a la linea (10) de flotacion de minerales.
