Abstract
Se describe una mezcla de procesos para su uso en y/o para la fabricacion de una o mas peliculas secas, un articulo para su uso en un dispositivo electroquimico, un metodo para hacer una pelicula seca o un articulo para un dispositivo electroquimico. Las peliculas secas pueden incorporarse a un articulo. El articulo puede incorporarse a un dispositivo electroquimico. Los ingredientes de la mezcla de procesos pueden comprender uno o mas materiales reactivos y/o compuestos reactivos. El compuesto reactivo puede comprender uno o mas materiales reactivos y uno o mas materiales de matriz. El compuesto reactivo o la mezcla de procesos pueden comprender uno o mas aglutinantes. La mezcla de procesos puede ser una mezcla seca o una pasta. Uno o mas aglutinantes pueden ser aptos para ser fibrilados y/o estar fibrilados. La mezcla seca puede estar hecha de una pasta. El articulo puede comprender una pelicula seca derivada de una mezcla de procesos. La pelicula seca puede ser un elemento de un anodo y/o un catodo. El metodo puede comprender los pasos para preparar una mezcla de procesos mezclando los ingredientes presentes en la mezcla de procesos en un mezclador y luego formando la mezcla de procesos en la pelicula 1850 de un articulo de la invencion en un formador de pelicula. Uno o mas de los compuestos reactivos pueden producirse mezclando por separado uno o mas materiales de matriz y uno o mas materiales reactivos en un mezclador para formar un compuesto reactivo humedo o seco. El metodo puede comprender ademas la etapa de aplicar la pelicula a un sustrato final. La pelicula puede ser cizallada durante la formacion y/o la aplicacion de la misma para fibrilar total o parcialmente un fragmento o la totalidad de uno o mas aglutinantes aptos para ser fibrilados. Un dispositivo electroquimico puede comprender cualquiera de las peliculas secas, los articulos de la invencion o la mezcla de procesos.
