Abstract

Un procedimiento de embalaje de productos agricolas que respiran comprende las etapas de: proporcionar una porcion de material de embalaje, en particular un material de embalaje polimerico; proporcionar una porcion del producto agricola; formar, a partir de la porcion de material de embalaje y la porcion del producto agricola, un embalaje cerrado que define un volumen de embalaje y que contiene en el volumen de embalaje la porcion del producto agricola y una atmosfera modificada; en el que la atmosfera modificada se modifica con respecto a la atmosfera ambiente. El procedimiento ademas comprende generar un gas de modificacion de atmosfera y/o una mezcla de gases de modificacion de atmosfera y/o establecer una atmosfera modificada que tiene una concentracion elevada de ozono en el volumen de embalaje. Tambien se proporciona un aparato asociado.
