Abstract

Método y máquina para el envasado al vacío de un producto, en donde se genera un tubo de lámina (102), y, en el tubo de lámina (102), se introduce un producto (P) y se realiza al menos un corte. En el método se aplica además un vacío en el interior del tubo de lámina (102), y se realiza un sellado transversal en el mismo, obteniéndose un tubo de lámina (102) cerrado por un extremo aguas arriba del corte y un envase cerrado por ambos extremos aguas abajo. Además se pisa transversalmente el tubo de lámina (102) obteniéndose una porción cuyo interior está aislado del interior resto del tubo de lámina (102), y se delimita una cámara alrededor de al menos parte de dicha porción, aplicándose el vacío y realizándose la operación de sellado transversal en el interior de dicha cámara.
