Abstract

La presente invencion describe metodos de terapia combinada contra un cancer con una proteina de union multiespecifica que se une a un antigeno asociado a un tumor, tal metodo comprende exponer un tumor y las celulas asesinas naturales a la proteina que comprende: (a) un primer sitio de union al antigeno que se une a NKG2D; (b) un segundo sitio de union al antigeno que se une a un antigeno asociado al tumor; y (c) un dominio Fc de anticuerpo o una parte de este suficiente para unirse a CD16, o un tercer sitio de union al antigeno que se une a CD16 en combinacion con un segundo agente terapeutico que se seleccionan de: un bloqueador de puntos de control, una citocina, un agonista de TLR, un agonista de STING, un agente quimioterapeutico, un agente dirigido contra el cancer, etc. Tambien se describen composiciones farmaceuticas de la proteina de union multiespecifica y metodos terapeuticos utiles para el tratamiento del cancer en combinacion con un segundo agente contra el cancer
