Abstract
Un metodo para el tratamiento magnetico/electrostatico/electromagnetico de fluidos que consiste de tres fases separadas que estan espacial y temporalmente desacopladas, donde en la primera fase, se aplica un campo magnetico/electrostatico/electromagnetico a un fluido de trabajo bajo circulacion para obtener el fluido directamente ionizado. Este fluido directamente ionizado que es el resultado de la primera fase podria usarse inmediatamente o someterse a almacenamiento antes de ser usado en la segunda fase. En la segunda fase, el fluido directamente ionizado se usa como un ionizador o un agente de ionizar indirectamente el fluido normal no ionizado mezclando el fluido directamente ionizado y el fluido normal no ionizado de acuerdo con una proporcion de mezcla predeterminada y un metodo de mezcla entre el fluido directamente ionizado y el fluido normal no ionizado. En la tercera fase, el fluido directamente ionizado y el fluido normal no ionizado. En la tercera fase, el fluido mezclado o indirectamente ionizado resultante se usa en la aplicacion apropiada directamente o se almacena en un tanque de almacenamiento para un uso posterior. De acuerdo con las modalidades de la invencion, las tres fases del metodo propuesto estan desacopladas entre si completamente en espacio y tiempo sin necesidad que las plantas de tratamiento esten en la misma ubicacion de las plantas de mezcla (desacoplamiento espacial), y sin necesidad de una produccion simultanea de los fluidos tratados y mezclados (desacoplamiento temporal). Las posibles aplicaciones para la invencion incluyen, pero sin limitacion a, todas las aplicaciones para la invencion incluyen, pero sin limitacion a, todas las aplicaciones anteriores del tratamiento genetico / electrostatico / electromagnetico directo e inmediato de fluidos tal como tratamiento del agua, tratamiento de combustible de hidrocarburo
