Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour un traitement magnétique/électrostatique/électromagnétique de fluides consistant en trois phases séparées qui sont spatialement et temporellement découplées, dans lequel dans la première phase, un champ magnétique/électrostatique/électromagnétique est appliqué à un fluide de travail en circulation pour obtenir le fluide directement ionisé. Ce fluide directement ionisé résultant de la première phase pourrait être immédiatement utilisé ou soumis à un stockage avant d'être utilisé dans la seconde phase. Dans la seconde phase, le fluide directement ionisé est utilisé en tant qu'ionisateur ou agent de l'ionisation pour ioniser indirectement le fluide non ionisé normal par mélange du fluide directement ionisé et du fluide non ionisé normal selon un taux de mélange prédéterminé et un procédé de mélange entre le fluide directement ionisé et le fluide non ionisé normal. Dans la troisième phase, le fluide mélangé ou indirectement ionisé résultant est utilisé dans l'application propre directement ou stocké dans une cuve de stockage pour une utilisation ultérieure. Selon les modes de réalisation de l'invention, les trois phases du procédé proposé sont découplées les unes des autres complètement dans l'espace et le temps sans le besoin que les installations de traitement soient dans le même emplacement que les installations de mélange (découplage spatial), et sans le besoin de production simultanée des fluides traités et mélangés (découplage temporel). Des applications possibles pour l'invention comprennent, mais ne sont pas limitées à, toutes les applications antérieures du traitement magnétique/électrostatique/électromagnétique direct et immédiat de fluides tel qu'un traitement d'eau, un traitement de combustible d'hydrocarbure.
