Abstract

Referida a sistemas y procesos de fumigacion que son especialmente aplicables a la fumigacion de productos agricolas perecederos (o de otro modo sensibles a la temperatura), puesto que las condiciones de temperatura en las cuales el producto esta siendo tratado se controlan de cerca para evitar, de manera ventajosa, que el producto se exponga a caidas y/o saltos de temperatura durante el ciclo de fumigacion. Adicionalmente, la invencion incorpora un sistema de filtracion de aire como parte del sistema de fumigacion para eliminar sustancialmente los residuos de fumigante toxico del aire antes de expulsarlo a la atmosfera abierta, lo que generalmente ocurre al completarse un ciclo de fumigacion. Asi, se minimiza en gran medida el efecto perjudicial del fumigante en los productos, el entorno y las areas de trabajo de los alrededores. En resumen, los sistemas y procesos de la invencion proporcionan la capacidad de realizar fumigaciones en un entorno bien controlado
