Abstract

Le procédé selon l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un système de marquage auriculaire avec des boucles, conçue pour l'identification et la traçabilité des animaux et plus particulièrement des étiquettes auriculaires pour le bétail. Cette boucle auriculaire a pour objet une étiquette auriculaire comportant un système de fixation par un bouton et une tige emboîtées qui comporte des ouvertures d'aération permettant une aération améliorée du point d'insertion dans l'oreille de l'animal. Elle comporte un numéro d'identification inscrit sur une étiquette qui est fixée à l'oreille de l'animal et qui permet de le suivre tout au long de son existence. Différentes boucles ont été conçues par le passé pour l’identification des animaux. Ces boucles auriculaires ont été conçues pour être posées de manière irréversible, à l'aide d'un système de fixation inviolable qui résulte notamment de l'impossibilité de détacher la boucle mâle de la boucle femelle sans détruire l'une des deux. Claims
