Abstract

A food supplement consisting of non-alkaline components comprising a dispersion of 40 to 90% by weight molasses and 5 to 40% by weight saturated or unsaturated fat in water having as a dispersant a phosphatide, the phosphatide being present in an amount of up to 5% by weight of the dispersion.
