Abstract

Miljømessig akseptabelt og neglisjerbart korrosivt avisingsmiddel omfattende biproduktene ved produksjon av ost fra forskjellige typer melk. De aktive bestanddeler er væsken som er tilbake etter at koagulert ost er fjernet fra melken. Væsken er innen osteproduksjon kjent som "myse". Oppfinnelsen angår også anvendelse av et avisingsmiddel på en måte som hjelper til med å redusere oppbyggingen av snø og is på veier, broer og andre utendørs overflater.
