Abstract

Mineralfibre med et fosforholdig belegg for oppnåelse av høytemperatur-resistens uten i vesentlig grad å påvirke den mekaniske ytelse, oppnås med mineralfiber- sammensetninger med relativt høye nivåer av SiO2 og lave nivåer av A12O3 og Fe2O3. Slike fibersammensetninger har høytemperatur-resistens og høy biooppløselighet men har likevel egenskaper som tillater at dagens prosesser for fremstilling av isolasjons- materiale kan benyttes. Fortrinnsvis har mineralfibrene en KJ-verdi > 40.
