Abstract

Ved cellulosekoking skal tidspunktet bestemmes, hvorved viskositeten og/eller kappatallet av de produserte celluloser har forhåndsbestemte verdier. Da disse verdier først kan bestemmes etter koke- prosessen, må egnede modeller anvendes. Til dette anvendes et neuralt nettverk, hvis utgangsverdier er den ønskede viskositet og/eller kappatallet, hvorfra den påkrevde koketid kan bestemmes, og dens inngangsverdier er måleverdier for kokeprosessen. Ifølge oppfinnelsen tilpasses det neurale nettverket under en kontinuerlig kokereaksjon, på basis av en dynamisk modell med endrede måleverdier. Som måleverdier ved cellulosekokingen benyttes særlig kokesyrens S02-innhold, fargeverdi og elektrisk ledningsevne respektivt pH-verdi. Ved den tilhørende anordning er den anvendte modellen (10) en kombinasjon av analytiske modeller (101 - 103, 201 - 204) av prosessvariabler med det neurale nettverket (100, 200).
