Abstract
Apparat for utvinning av flyktige organiske for- bindelser (VOC) fra VOC/inertgassblandinger som går ut av tanklasterom under råoljelasting omfatter en absorbsjonskolonne (12) hvor inn-gående VOC er absorbert i kald kerosen, en del av det VOC-rike kerosenet som går ut av absorbsjons-kolonnen blir kjølt i en kjøler (88) og føres tilbake til absorbsjonskolonnen for å komme i kontakt med inngående VOC/inertgassblanding og absorbere ytterligere VOC. Det gjenværende av det rike kerosenet som går ut av absorbsjonskolonnen (12), føres til en buffertank (34) og holdes der. Deretter pumpes det til en høytrykksdestillasjons (strippe) kolonne (46), hvor VOC separeres fra kerosenet ved konvensjonell rektifisering. VOC-damp som går ut av toppen av destillasjonskolonnen konden- seres i kondensator (72) og holdes i VOC omløps- tanken (76). Væskeholdig VOC fra omløpstanken føres til en råoljerørledning (82) eller til en lagringsbeholder; en del av det væskeholdige VOC fra omløpstanken går til toppen av destilla- sjonskolonnen og fungerer som omløp. Kerosen går ut av bunnen av destillasjonskolonnen (46) og føres til en lagringstank (60) og holdes der. Herfra føres den gjennom en kjøler (66) til absorbsjons-kolon- nen, for å absorbere ytterligere VOC fra den inn- gående VOC/inertgassblanding. Kjølerene for dette magre kerosenet og for det rike kerosenet som igjen går inn i absorbsjonskolonnen kjøles fortrinnsvis med det samme kjølesystemet (68). Buffer- og lagringstankene er av en slik størrelse at den høye trykkdestillasjonskolonnen kan drives kontinuerlig, supplert med VOC-rik kerosen fra buffertanken og tilførsel av VOC-mager kerosen til lagringstanken.
