Abstract
Oppfinnelsen angår en vannløselig, over- flateaktiv, silisiumholdig polyelektro- lytt-polymer og anvendelse av denne som koaguleringsmlddel ved regulering av bek i masse- og papirfabrikker, for klaring av trykkfargeholdig avløpsvann fra pro- duksjon av resirkulert papir, for fjern- ing av farge fra en avløpsstrøm som inn- eholder fargelegemer, for klaring av avløpsvann som inneholder bestanddeler som medfører turbiditet, ved en kjemisk behandlingsmetode for effektiv fjerning av fett, blod, vev og andre faste stof- fer fra avfall fra næringsmiddelbearbei- ding, og for fjerning av avfallsolje fra industrielt oljeholdig avløpsvarm. Disse polyelektrolytt-polymerer er silisium- holdige kopolymerer av spesifikke hydro- file eller hydrofobe monomerer, for- trinnsvis diallyldimetylammoniumhalogen- ider, særlig diallyldimetylammonium- klorid og vinylalkoksysilaner, for- trinnsvis vinyltrimetoksysilan.
