Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse optimaliserer forhol- det mellom variable tilordnet en prosess mellom innganger og utganger slik at prosessen har reguler- te variable, manipulerte variable, tilknyttede variable og forstyrrelsesvariable, for å maksi- malisere produksjonshastigheter. Fremgangsmåten for å optimalisere forholdet innbefatter trinnene med å prioritere feil tilordnet de regulerte variable, optimalisere regulerte variabelawik fra deres innstillingspunkter over en forut-bestemt fremtidig tidshorisont basert på differensielle bevegelser av manipulerte variable, undertrykkelse av feil tilordnet de fremtidig regulerte variable, mens bevegelser som har store bevegelser for manipulerte variable blir straffet for å balansere reduksjonen av fremtidige reguleringsfeil mot stor bevegelse av manipulerte variable, veiing av de manipulerte variable for å redusere avvik av de manipulerte variable fra en forut-bestemt målverdi som er satt kunstig høy for å tillate foretrukket bevegelse med hensyn til visse manipulerte variable fremfor andre manipulerte variable, og anvendelse av en begrens- ningsawik-variabel for å bevirke avvik utenfor tillatte grenser.
