Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangs- måte for fremstilling av en konstruksjonsdel (1), spesielt en for kjøretøy tilpasset monteringsdel som tjener til opptak av kollisjonsenergi og -krefter ved direkte eller indirekte kollisjonspåvirkning, og i den hensikt å oppnå et deformeringslegeme som bearbeides fra et ekstrudert emne, og der etterbe- handling av emnet utføres uten tilføyelse av til- leggsdeler, samtidig som emnet kan tillegges for- skjellige geometriske utforminger for variasjon av stivhet og energiabsorpsjonsevne hos den ferdige konstruksjonsdel, er det ifølge oppfinnelsen fore- slått at det fremskaffes et hovedsakelig ekstrudert emne (1) omfattende et første åkparti (2) et eller flere fra åkpartiet utragende benpartier (3A, 3B), at det i området mellom åkparti (2) og benparti (3A, 3B) utføres en snitting over en viss utstrekning, og at det i en bensone (3Z) som strekker seg fra bunnen av snittet (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b) og utover langs et ben- parti (3A, 3B), utføres bretting for fremskaffelse av ett eller flere avstivende kollisjonshjørner (6a-6d) .
