Abstract

System og en fremgangsmåte til billed- vurderlng, hvor det ifølge disse fra et digitalisert videosignal fra et innsam- let differansebilde hentet fra et over- våkningskamera, hvor billedpunkter som forandrer seg er markert ved hjelp av en objektekstraktor hvor sammenhengende billedpunkter (objekter) blir undersøkt. De ekstraherte objektene blir tilordnet lagrede objekter fra et foregående bilde og videre blir de objektdataene som er samlet overprøvet med hensyn til rele- vans i forhold til forutbestemte objektkarakteristika. Når objekt- karateristikaene er oppfylt blir det avgitt et meldesignal.
