Abstract
Ved de kjente TDM/TDMA-systemer fås det et problem at de til en sentral sendte signalblokker rommer en kontrolldatadel hvis lengde fås av signalgangtiden fra sentralen til den fjernest utplasserte enhet. En rekkeviddeøkning fører dermed til en lengre kontrolldatadel og således til en redusert overføringskapasitet for nyttesignaler. I henhold til oppfinnelsen blir derfor de utplasserte enheter delt mellom avstandsområder og utenom de fra sentralen fjernest anbragte enheter gis de utplas- serte enheter i et forekommende avstandsområde en ytterligere større forsinkelse, slik at sendesyklusen til de utplasserte enheter begynner tidligere enn mottaksyklusen.
