Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av alifatiske karboksylsyrer ved kontrollert oksydasjon av korresponderende alkaner, med en oksygenkilde, i nærvær av en katalysator der den aktive fase er dannet fra en heteropolysyre med formel (1) : [AaBb] ([CcDaE.OJ*" hvor A representerer minst et monovalent kation valgt blant hydrogen, et alkalimetall eller ammoniumion; B representerer VO2*, VO3*, eller et jordalkalimetallion eller et av metallene i gruppe VII A, VIII, I B, IV B og V B etter klassifiseringen i elementenes periodiske system; C representerer W og/eller Mo; D representerer fosfor, arsenikk, antimon, silisium, germanium og/eller bor; E representerer et element valgt blant vanadium, eventuelt i kombinasjon med minst et av metallene i gruppe V A, VII A, VIII eller krom; f = a + ab; der a er avhengig av ladningen på ion B, som er lik 2,3 eller 4; c varierer fra 5 til 20; d varierer fra l til 5; e varierer fra l til 9. Oppfinnelsen vedrører også en blanding dannet fra titandioksyd som bærer og en heteropolysyre med formel(l) som gitt ovenfor. Oppfinnelsen vedrører endelig en katalysator der den aktive fase er den ovennevnte blanding.
