Abstract
Oppfinnelsen angår en kjeks som produseres ved å bake en mørdeig inneholdende et spiselig partikkelformet materiale, hvor i det minste en vesentlig del av materialet har en partikkel- diameter på ikke mindre enn l mm, kjeksen har en diameter på minst 40 mm, og kjeksen er utformet med minst åpning, hvor arealet av åpningen eller åpningene utgjør minst 10 % av kjeksens areal, (inklusive arealet av åpningen eller åpningene), og størrelsen, formen og plasseringen av åpningene er slik at soner nær periferien av overflaten på kjeksen eller nær kanten på en eller flere av åpningene, overlapper i en slik utstrekning at det totale overlap- pingsareal av forskjellige soner, eks- klusive eventuelt sammenhengende over- lappingsareal på mindre enn 10 mm2, ikke er mindre enn 15 % av kjeksens totale areal, inklusive arealet av åpningen eller åpningene.
