Abstract

Fler-lags komposittfilm for emballering av næringsmidler og oksygenfølsomme materialer, og framgangsmåte for framstilling av samme. Komposittfllmen omfatter et kjernelag (A) av polyvinylalkohol - et materiale med lav gasspermeabilitet, to beskyttende lag (B) av et plastmateriale med fukt-uavhengig lav oksygen- og karbondioksid-permeabilitet som tjener som substrat, to beskyttende lag (C) av en silikonpolymer avledet fra en silanløsning, hvilket lag har en lav oksygen- og karbondioksid-permeabilitet ved høy relativ fuktighet, og eventuelt et klebende lag D av en syremodifisert polymer for å binde kjernelaget A permanent til det beskyttende lag B eller C. Komposittfllmen kan anta ulike konfigurasjoner. Aktuelle kombinasjoner er C/B/A/B/C, C/B/A/D/B/C, B/C/A/C/B og B/C/A/B/C. Komposittfilmen kan også festes til innsiden eller utsiden av en næringsmiddelemballasje omfattende papp eller plast.
