Vannløselig forbindelse med formel (1) som er egnet for farging av f.eks. cellulosematerialer, dyrepelser og dyrehuder så som lær: X1-A-N = N ¿(S03H)p (1) hvor: A er eventuelt substituert fenylen eller naftylen, X er en cellulose-reaktiv gruppe, X^- er H eller en cellulose-reaktiv gruppe, p er større enn eller lik l, T1 og T2 hver uavhengig av hverandre er valgt blant H, CN, CO2R2, CONR2R3, COR2, alkyl, aralkyl, cykloalkyl, aryl eller et heterocyklisk radikal som er usubstituert eller substituert, Z er en divalent sammenbindende gruppe som inneholder fra 2 til 6 karbonatomer, n er fra 2 til 6, R1 er H eller sulfo, og R2 og R3 hver uavhengig av hverandre er H eller C^_g-alkyl; og salter derav.
