Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for synteti-sering av en delvis fordøybar, spise-lig fettforbindelse med formel:. hvor R er en metyl- eller etylgruppe, og FFog Fer fettsyrerester, ved at (a) en tris-hydroksymetyltriol med formel:omsettes med fettsyreklorider, (b) det omrøres inntil omset-ningen er i det vesentlige full-stendig, og (c) den derved fremstilte. tris-hydroksymetyl-lavere-alkanester utvinnes. De fremstilte forbindelser er fysiologisk forenlige, delvis for-døybare, spiselige syntetiske fett-erstatninger for næringsmidler og farmasytika.
