Abstract

Peptider med tymopoietin-lignende aktivitet og med formelen:fatisk eller aromatisk aminosyreresiduum, f.eks. et valgt fra gruppen bestående av ALA, 2-Me-ALA, GLY, LEU, ILE, LYS, THR, SER, PHE, MET, D-ALA, D-LEU, D-ILE, D-LYS, D-THR, allo-THR, D-SER, D-PHE, D-MET og SAR, Z er -HN-CH-CO-, Y er GLY, SER, THR, LEU, ()COOH. TT.E. VAL eller SAR, B er TYR-R, D-TYR-R', dekar-. n er 1, 2 eller 3, R"' er hydrogen, C^-C^-alkyl,6-aryl eller C-Cy-alkanoyl, og R og R' er substituenter som ikke i vesentlig grad påvirker peptidets biologiske aktivitet, forutsatt at man utelukker R-ARG-LYS-ASP-VAL-TYR-R'.
