syreestere., fremgangsmåte til
deres fremstilling og deres an-
vendelse som insektizider og

akari£ider.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører nye O-triazolyltionofosfor(fosfon)-syreestere, en fremgangsmåte til deres fremstilling samt deres anvendelse som insektizider .og akarizider.
Det er allerede kjent at pyrazolotionofosforsyreestere, f. eks . 0 ,0-dietyl--resp . 0,0-dimetyl-0-/_— 3-mety lpyrazol (5 )y_l7-tiono-fos forsyreester og triazolotionofosforsyreester, .f.eks.■ 0,O-dimetyl-resp. 0 ,0-dietyl-0-/_ l-metyl-5-mety lmerkapto-1, 2 , 4-triazol (3 )yl7-0, 0-dimetyl-0-_/ l-e ty 1-5 -me ty lmerkapto-1 ,2,i|-triazol( 3 )yl/-tiono-fosforsyreester, har insektizide og akarizide egenskaper (sammenlign US-patent nr. 2.75^.2^ og DOS 2.259.960).
Det er funnet at de nye 0-triazolyltionofosforsyreestere med formel
hvori
R betyr alkyl med 1 til 6,
R'' betyr alkyl eller alkoksy med 1 til 6 C-atomer og R" betyr cyanalkyl med 1 til 4 C-atomer,
har sterke insektizide og akarrzide egenskaper.
De nye O-triazolyltionofosfor(fosfon)-syreestere med formel I fåes når tionofosfor(fosfon)-syrediesterhalogenidet med formel II
hvori R og R' har overnevnte betydning og Hal betyr et halogen-, fortrinnsvis kloratom, omsettes med hydroksytriazoiderivater med formel hvori
r. R" har overnevnte betydning,
i nærvær- av en syreakseptor eller med.de tilsvarende alkali-, jord-alkali- eller ammoniumsalter.
Overraskende viser O-triazolyltionofosfor(fosfon)-syre-esteren ifølge oppfinnelsen en bedre insektizid og -akarizid virkning enn de tidligere kjente forbindelser med analog konstitusjon og samme virkningsretning. De virker ikke bare mot plantebeskadigende insekter og midd, men også på den veterinær-medisinske sektor overfor ektoparasiter, f.eks. parasiterende fluelarver. Stoffene ifølge oppfinnelsen er således en berikelse av teknikken.
Anvender man eksempelvis 0,0-dimetyltionofosforsyre-diesterklorid og 1-fenyl-3_hydroksy-5-cyanmetylmerkaptotriazol(1,2,^) som utgangsmaterialer, så kan reaksjonsforløpet gjengis med følgende formelskjerna:
Utgangsstoffené som anvendes er generelt entydig definert med formlene II og III. Fortrinnsvis betyr heri imidlertid
R rettlinjet eller forgrenet alkyl- med 1 til 5, spesielt 1 til 4 karbonatomer,
R' rettlinjet eller forgrenet alkyl elier'alkoksy med hver 1 til-5, spesielt 1 til 4 karbonatomer og ,
R" cyanalkyl med 1 til 3 karbonatomer.
De som utgangsstoffer anvendbare tiohofosfor(fosfon)-syreestere (II) er kjent fra litteraturen og kan fremstilles etter generelt vanlige fremgangsmåter, også i storteknisk målestokk.
Som eksempler hertil skal det i detalj nevnes: 0,O-dimety1-, 0,0-dietyl-, 0,0-di-n-propy1-, 0,0-di-iso-propyl-, 0,0-di-n-butyl-, 0,0-di-iso-buty1-, 0,0-di-tert.-buty1-, O-etyl-0-n-propyl-, O-etyl-0-iso-propy1-, O-etyl-0-sec.-butyl-tionofosforsyreester, videre 0-metyl-, 0-etyl-, 0-n-propyl-, 0-iso-
i
propyl-,' 0-n-butyl-, 0-sec.-butyl-, 0-iso-butyl- eller 0-tert.-buty1-metan-resp. -etan-, -n-propan-, -iso-propan-, n-butan-, -iso-butan-,
-sec.-butan- eller -tert.-butantionbfosfonsyreester.
De delvis nye triazoler med formel III kan fremstilles etter prinsippielt kjente fremgangsmåter. Eksempelvis omsetter man halogenkarbonsyrealkylestere med kaliumrodanid og deretter med fenyl-hydrazin' til mellomproduktene med formel
som deretter ved reduksjon med halogenalkankarboksylsyrenitriler i nærvær av alkoholater kan overføres i- de ønskede hydroksytriazoler
III.
Som eksempler for ved fremgangsmåten omsettbare triazol-derivater (III) skal det i detalj nevnes: 5-cyanmetylmerkapto-, 5-(2-cyanetylmerkapto)-, og 5-(l-cyanetyImerkapto) -, 5- (3-cyanpropylmerkapto)-3-hydroksy-l-fenyltria-zol(l,2,4)..
Fremstillingsfremgangsmåtene gjennomføres fortrinnsvis under medanvendelse av egnede oppløsnings- og fortynningsmidler. Som slike kommer det på tale praktisk talt alle inerte organiske solven-tier. Hertil hører spesielt alifatiske og aromatis'ke, eventuelt klorerte hydrokarboner som benzen, toluen, xylen, bensin, metylenklorid, kloroform, karbontetraklorid, klorbenzen eller etere, f.eks. dietyl-og dibutyleter, dioksan, videre ketoner, eksempelvis aceton, metyl-etyl-, metylisopropy1- og metylisobutyIketon, dessuten nitriler som aceto- og propionitril.
Som syreakseptorer kan det finne anvendelse allé vanlige syrebindemidler. Spesielt har det vist seg egnet alkalikarboriater. og -alkoholater,- som natrium- og kaliumkarbonat, -metylat resp. -etylat, videre alifatiske, aromatiske eller.heterocykliske aminer, eksempelvis'trietylamin, trimetylamin, dimetylanilin, dimetylbenzy1-amin og pyridin.
Reaksjonstemperaturen kan varieres innen et stort område.
Vanligvis arbeider man mellom 0 og 120°C, fortrinnsvis ved 15. til 80°C.
For gjennomføring av fremgangsmåten anvender man utgangs-komponentene vanligvis i ekvimolare mengder.. Et overskudd av den
ene eller annen reaksjonskomponent medfører ingen vesentlige fordeler. Omsetningen gjennomføres fortrinnsvis i et av de ovenfor anførte'oppløsningsmidler i nærvær av en syreakseptor ved de angitte temperaturer under omrøring av blandingen og etter en- til, flere timers reaksjonsvarighet, for det meste ved forhøyede temperaturer,'oppar-beides reaksjonsblandingen etter vanlige metoder. Vanligvis heller man reaksjonsoppløsningen i vann, opptar den i ét organisk oppløs-ningsmiddel, f.eks. benzen, vasker og tørker den organiske fase og avdestillerer oppløsningsmidiet under nedsatt trykk.
De nye forbindelser fremkommer ofte i form av oljer,
som for det meste ikke lar seg destillere uten spaltning, imidlertid befris ved såkalt "pådestillering", dvs. lengre oppvarmning under nedsatt trykk ved svakt forhøye.de temperaturer for de siste flyktige deler og kan renses på denne måten. For deres karakterisering tjener brytningsindeksen, under tiden får man produktet også i krystallinsk form med skarpt smeltepunkt.
Som allerede flere ganger nevnt utmerker de nye O-tria-zolyltionofosfor(fosfon)-syreestere seg ved en fremragende insektizid og akarizid virkning. De virker ikke bare mot plante-, hygiene-, og forrådsskadedyr, men også på den veterinærmedisinske sektor og for dyriske parasiter (ektoparasiter), som parasiterende flyvelarver. Produktet har jined liten fytotoksisitet såvel en god virkning overfor sugende' som også bitende insekter. Dessuten viser noen forbindelser en nematizid virkning.'
Av denne grunn kan de nye stoffer med resultat anvendes
i plantebeskyttelse, såvel som på hygiene-, forrådsbeskyttelses- og veterinærsektoren som skadedyrsbekjempelsesmiddel.
I de nedenstående anvendelseseksempler A til E blir
de virksomme stoffer ifølge oppfinnelsen undersøkt med hensyn til deres virkning mot en rekke planteskadedyr, sammenlignet med de kjente forbindelser. De nye undersøkte stoffer betegnes derved i de forskjellige prøver ved de hver gang i klammer angitte tall som til-svarer fremstillingseksemplenes fortløpende nummere.
Til de sugende insekter hører i det vesentlige bladlus (Aphidae) som den grønne ferskenbladlus (Myzus persicae), den svarte bønne- (Doralis fabae), havre (Rhopalosiphum padi), erte- (Macrosiphum pisi) og potetlus (Macrosiphum solanifolii), videre ripsgalle-(Cryptomyzus korschelti), meleple- (Sappaphis mali), melplomme (Hya-lopterus arundinis) og sort kirsebærbladlus (Myzus cerasi), dessuten skjold-, pg bløtlus (Coccina), f.eks., eføyskall- (Aspidiotus hederae)
og puteskallus (Lecanium" hesperidum) samt bløtlus (Pseudococcus maritimus), blæreføtter (Thysanoptera) som Hercinothrips femoralis
og vamser, eksempelvis roe- (Piesma quadrata), bomull- (Dysdercus intermedius), senge- (Ciinex lectularius), røve- (Rhodnius prolixus)
og chagavams (Triatoma infestans), videre sikader, som Euscelis bilobatus og Nephotettix bipunctåtus.
Ved de gnavende insekter er det fremfor alt å nevne
■sommerfugllarver (Lepidoptera) som kållarve (Plutella maculipennis), svampspinner (Lymantria dispar), gbldafter (Euproctis chrysorrhoea)
og ringelspinner (Malacosoma neustria), videre kål- (Mamestra brassicae) og frøugle (Agrotis segetum),■den store hvite kålmark (Pieris brassicae),'liten frostspinner (Cheimatobia brumata), eggevikler (Tortrix viridana), hær- (Laphygma frugiperda) og egyptisk bomullsorm (Pro-"denia litura), videre spøkelses- (Hyponomeuta padella), mel- (Ephe-stia kiihniella) og stor voksmygg (Galleria mellonella) .
Videre hører det til gnavende insekter biller (Coleop-tera),. f. eks. korn- (Sitophilus granarius = Calandra granaria) ,
potet- (Leptinotarsa decemlineata), amber- (Gastrophysa viridula), sjøreddikblad- (Phaedon cochleariae), rapseglans- (Meligethes aeneus), bringebær- (Byturus tomentosus), spisebønne- (Bruchidius = Acantho-scelides obteotus), fett- (Dermestes frischi), kapra- (Trogoderma granarium), rødbrunt rismel^(Tribolium castaneum), mais- (Calandra eller Sitophilus zeamais), brød- (Stegobium paniceum), vanlig mel-(Tenebrio molitor) og kornbladbiller (Oryzaephilus surinamensis), eller også typer som lever i jorden, f.eks. trådorm (Agriotes spee.) og engerlinge (Melolontha melolontha), kakelakker som den tyske (Blattella germanica), amerikanske (Periplaneta americana), madeira-(Leucophaea eller Thyparobia maderae), orientalsk (Blatta orientalis), kjempe- (Blaberus giganteus). og sort kjempekakelakk (Blaberus fuscus) samt Henschoutedenia flexivitta; videre ortoptere som f.eks. Heimchen.
(Gryllus domesticus), termiter som jordtermitt (Reticulitermes fla-vipes) og hymenoptere som maur, eksempelvis hvitmaur (Lasius niger).
Dipterene omfatter i det vesentlige fluer som dugg-(Drosophila melanogaster), middelhavsfrukt- (Ceratitis capitata), stue- (Musea domestica) , liten stue- (Fannia canicularis) , g-lans-(Phormia regina) og spyfluer (Calliphora erythrocephala) samt vade-stikkere (Stomoxys calcitrans), videre mygg, f.eks. stikkmygg som. gullfeber- (Åedes aegypti), hus- (Culex pipiens) og malariamygg (Anopheles stephensi).'
Til middene (Acari) hører spesielt spinnemidd (Tetra-nychidae) som bønne- (Tetranychus telarius = Tetranychus althaeae eller Tetranychus. urticae) og frukttrespinnemidd (Paratetranychus pilosus = Panonychus ulmi), gallemidd, som,f.eks. ripsgallemidd (Erio-phyes ribis) og tarsonemider eksempelvis drivspissmidd (Hemitarsone-mus latus) og cyklamenmidd (Tarsonemus pallidus), endelig sekker som lærsekker .(Ornithodorus moubata).
Ved anvendelse mot hygiene- og forrådsskadedyr, spesielt fluer og mygg utmerker fremgangsmåteproduktene seg dessuten ved en fremragende residualvirkning på tre og leire samt en god alkalistabili-tet på kalkede underlag.
De virksomme stoffer ifølge oppfinnelsen, kan overføres i de vanlige formuleringer som oppløsninger, emulsjoner, suspensjoner, pulvere, pastaer og granulater. Disse fremstilles på kjent måte, f.eks. ved sammenblanding av de virksomme stoffer med drøyemidler, altså flytende oppløsningsmidler', under trykk stående f ly tendegj orte gasser og/eller faste bærestoffer, eventuelt under anvendelse av overflateaktive midler, altså emulgeringsmidler og/eller dispergeringsmidler og/eller skumfrembringende midler. I tilfellet, anvendelse av vann som drøyemiddel kan det f.eks. også anvendes organiske oppløs-ningsmidler som hjelpeoppløsningsmiddel. Som flytende pppløsnings-middel kommer det i det vesentlige på tale: Aromater som xylen, toluen, benzen eller alkylnaftaliner, klorerte aromater eller klorerte alifatiske hydrokarboner som klorbenzener, kloretylener eller metylenklorid, alifatiske hydrokarboner som cykloheksan eller parafiner, . f.eks., jordoljefraksjoner, alkoholer som butanol eller glykol samt deres etere og estere, ketoner som aceton, metyletyIketon, metyliso-butylketon eller cykloheksanon, sterkt polare oppløsningsmidler som dimetylformamid og dimetylsulfoksyd samt vann; med. flytendegjorte gassformede drøyemidler eller bærestoffer er det ment slike .væsker som er gassformet ved normal temperatur og under normalt trykk, f.eks. aerosoldrivgasser, som halogenhydrokarboner, f.eks. freon, som faste bærestoffer: naturlig stenmel, som kaolin, leirjord, talkum, kritt, kvarts, attapulgitt, montmorillonit eller diatomenjord og syntetisk stenmel som høydispers kiselsyre, aluminiumoksyd og silikater; som emulgerings- og/eller' skumfrembringende midler: ikke ionogene og anioniske emulgatorer, som polyoksyetylen-fettsyre-estere, polyoksy-ety len-f ettalkohol-etere , f.eks. alkylary1-pblyglykol-etere, alkyl-sulfonater, alkylsulfater, arylsulfonater samt eggehvitehydrolysater; som dispergeringsmidler f.eks. lignin, sulfitavlut og metylcellulosé. De virksomme stoffer ifølge oppfinnelsen kan foreligge i formuleringen i blanding med andre kjente virksomme stoffer.
Formuleringene inneholder vanligvis mellom 0,1 og 95 vekt% virksomt stoff, fortrinnsvis mellom 0,5 og 90%.
De virksomme stoffer kan anvendes som sådanne i form av deres formuleringer eller i de herav tilberedte anvendelses former
som bruksferdige oppløsninger, emulsjoner, skum, suspensjoner,- pulvere, pastaer, oppløselige pulvere, forstøvningsmid.ler og granulater. An-vendelsen foregår på vanlig måte, f.eks. ved utsprøytning, tåkedan-nelse, forstøvning, strøing, røking, forgassing, helling, beising eller inkrustering.
De virksomme stoffkonsentrasjoner i de anvendelses-ferdige"tilberedninger kan varieres innen store områder. Vanligvis ligger de mellom 0,0001 og 10%, fortrinnsvis mellom 0,01 og 1%.
De virksomme stoffer kan.ogsa med godt resultat anvendes i Ultra-Low-Volume-fremgangsmåten. (ULV), hvor det er mulig å utbringe formuleringer inntil 95% eller sogar det 100% virksomme stoff, alene .

Emulgator : 1 vektdel alkylarylpolyglykoleter.

Etter-de angitte tider bestemmes utryddelsesgraden i %. Herved b"4tyr 100% at alle billelarver ble utryddet, 100% betyr at ingen billelarver.ble utryddet.

Plutella-prøve. Oppløsningsmiddel: 3 vektdeler aceton.
Emulgator : 1 vektdel alkylarylpolyglykoleter.
For fremstilling av en egnet virksom stofftilberedning sammenblander man 1 vektdel virksomt stoff med den angitte oppløs-ningsmiddelmengde og den.angitte emulgatormengde og fortynner konsen-tratet med vann til den ønskede konsentrasjon.
Med den virksomme stofftilberedning sprøyter man kål-blader (Brassica oleracea) duggfuktige og befenger dem med larver av kålkakelakk (Plu.te.lla maculipennis ) .
Etter de angitte tider bestemmes utryddelsesgraden i %. Herved betyr 100% at alle larver ble utryddet', mens' 0% angir at ingen larver ble utryddet.
Virksomme stoffer, virksomme stoffkonsentrasjoner, vurderingstider og resultater fremgår av følgende tabell 2.
Eksempel C. Myzus-prøve (kontaktvirkning). Oppløsningsmidde1: ,3 vektdeler aceton.
Emulgator : 1 vektdel alkylarylpolyglykoleter.

Med den virksomme stofftilberedning sprøytes kålplanter (Brassica oleracea).dråpefuktige, idet plantene er sterkt angrepet av ferskenbladlus (Myzus persicae).
Etter de angitte tider bestemmes utryddelsesgraden i %. Herved betyr 100% at alle bladlus ble. utryddet, 0% betyr at ingen bladlus ble^ utryddet.

Tetranychus-prøve (resistent).
Oppløsningsmiddel: 3 vektdeler aceton.
Emulgator : 1 vektdel alkylarylpolyglykoleter.

Med den virksomme stofftilberedning sprøytes bønneplanter (Phaseolus vulgaris) dråpefuktig, som har en høyde på 10 til 30 cm. Disse bønneplanter er sterkt angrepet med alle utviklingsstadier av den generelle spinnemidd eller bønnespinnemidd (Tetranychus urticae).
Etter de angitte tider bestemmes virkningen'av den virksomme stof f tilberedning,, idet man teller ut de døde dyr. Den således oppnådde utryddelsesgrad angis i %. 100% betyr at alle spinnemidd
ble utryddet, . 0% betyr at ingen spinnemidd ble utryddet.

E ksempel E.
Prøve med parasitterende fluelarver (Lucilia cuprina res.). Oppløsningsmiddel:. 35 vektdeler etylenpolyglykolmonometyleter.
35 vektdeler nonylfenolpolyglykoleter.
For fremstilling av en egnet virksom stofftilberedning sammenblander man 30 vektdeler av det angjeldende aktive stoff med den angitte oppløsningsmiddelmengde samt overnevnte mengde emulgator og fortynner det således dannede konsentrat med vann til den,ønskede konsentrasjon.
Ca. 20 fluelarver (Lucilia cuprina res.) bringes i et prøverør som inneholder ca. 2 cm^ hestemuskulatur. På dette heste-kjøtt bringes 0,5 ml av den virksomme stofftilberedning. Etter 24 timer bestemmes utryddelsesgraden i %.. Herved, betyr 100% . at alle, og 0% at ingen larver er blitt utryddet.
De oppnådde prøveresultater fremgår av følgende tabell 5.
'F remstillingseksempler. E ksempel 1.,
Til en blanding av 23 (0,1 mol) l-fenyl-3-hydroksy-5-cyanmetylmerkaptotriazol(1,2,4) i 300 cm^ acetonitril og 15 g kaliumkarbonat setter man 19 g (0,1 mol) O,0-dietyltionofosforsyrediester-klorid. Etter 4 timers omrøring ved 80°C heller man reaksjonsblandingen i vann og opptar i benzen. Den organiske fase vaskes og.tørkes. Deretter avdestillerer man oppløsningsmidlet under nedsatt trykk. Residuet "pådestilleres". Man får således 29 g (76% av det teoretiske ) 0, 0-dietyl-0-/_— 1-feny1-5-cyanmetylmerkapto-1,2 , 4-triazol( 3) y_l7-tionof os f orsyreester med bry tningsindeks nD 2 0': 1,5589.
På analog måte som i eksempel 1 kan det fremstilles følgende forbindelser med den generelle formel I
Fremstillingen av hydroksytriazolderivatene (III) som finner anvendelse som utgangsstoffer kan f.eks. foregå på følgende - måte: a) Man blander en oppslemning av 96 g (1 mol) tørr kaliumrodanid i 500 ml aceton med 109 g klorkarbonsyreetylester, idet den eksoterme reaksjon ved ytre avkjøling av blandingen eller tilsvarende langsom tilsetning av esteren holdes ved en temperatur mellom 30 og 40°C, reaksjonsoppløsningen omrøres ca. 4 timer ved 25 til 30°C og ha.es deretter til en på forhånd 3 timer omrørt oppløsning av 100 g ■fenylhydrazin i 200 ml aceton. Reaksjonen er svakt eksoterm. Blandingen omrøres natten over, den dannede utfelling frasuges, oppløs-ningsmidlet avdampes, destillasjonsresiduet tilsettes til en blanding av 800 ml vann og 100 ml klorhydrogen, kokes 2 timer ved 30°C, av-kjøles ■ og frasuges. Det således fremstilte■produkt kan videreforar-beides direkte, uten i tillegg å måtte passere renseprosesser. Man utvinner 100 til 110 g (52 til 55% av-det teoretiske) av et råprodukt av smeltepunkt 2l8-225pC. En fra acetonitril omkrystallisert prøve av l-fenyl-3-okso-5-tio-triazolidin(l,2,4) smelter ved 235°C
Til 39 g (0,2 mol) av det under punkt a) omtalt frem- - stilte produkt i 200 m-l metanol har man 0,2 mol natriummetylat og. deretter 16 g kloracetonitril. Reaksjonsblandingen omrøres'ved 50 til 6o°C i.4 timer, avkjøles, helles i vann, residuet frasuges, tørkes og omkrystalliseres fra acetonitril. Man får således 36 g (78% av det teoretiske) l-fenyl-3-hydroksy-5-cyanmetylmerkaptotriazol(1,2,4) med. smeltepunkt 178°C.
Analogt kan det fremstilles forbindelser med følgende
