Abstract
Systemer og metodikk for å lette kontroll/regulering av sendereffekt i en trafikkanals returlink. Tidelinger for returlinkkommunikasjon kan frembringes. Interferens fra mobile enheter i nabosektorer kan overvåkes og indikasjoner på annen sektorinterferens (OSI) kan kringkastes. OSI indikasjonene kan oppnås ved mobile enheter for å endre såkalte deltaverdier (verdidifferanser) brukt for tilsvarende deltabasert effektregulering. En maksimalt tillatt reduksjon av en deltaverdi kan allokeres for hver klasse av tjenestekvalitet (QoS). Dessuten kan mobile enheter gi innenfor bånds og utenfor bånds tilbakekopling, og denne tilbakekopling kan nivåutjevnes for senere tildelinger.
