Abstract
Sammendrag Teknikk for effektiv håndtering av frekvensselektiv planoppsetting (FSS) og frekvensdiversitetsplanoppsetting (FDS) presenteres her. I en bestemt design kan en første sending for en FSS-bruker mappes til et subbånd som er valgt for denne bruker fra flere subbånd i et første frekvensområde i båndbredden for et system for trådløs kommunikasjon, og denne første sending kan mappes til en fast del eller forskjellige deler av det valgte subbånd, i forskjellige tidsintervaller. En andre sending for en FDS-bruker kan mappes over flere subbånd i et andre frekvensområde i båndbredden. Denne andre sending kan mappes til forskjellige subbånd eller forskjellige ressursblokker i dette andre frekvensområde, i forskjellige tidsintervaller. Hvert tidsintervall kan tilsvare en symbolperiode, en tidsluke, en subramme etc. Frekvenshopping kan utføres basert på et fast hoppemønster eller et tilnærmet tilfeldig hoppemønster.
