Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for oppstarting av en stasjonær prosess for fremstilling av normalt gassformige, normalt væskeformige og eventuelt normalt faste hydrokarboner fra syntesegass, omfattende trinnene: (i) tilføring av syntesegassen, og (ii) katalytisk omdannelse av syntesegassen ved en forhøyet temperatur og et stasjonært totalt reaktortrykk for å oppnå de normalt gassformige, normalt væskeformige og eventuelt normalt faste hydrokarboner. Fremgangsmåten omfatter blanding av syntesegassen ifølge trinn (i) med en eller flere inertgasser for å danne en blandingsstrøm forut for den katalytiske omdannelse av syntesegassen i trinn (ii) ved det stasjonære totale reaktortrykk, og at mengden av inertgass eller inerte gasser i blandingsstrømmen reduseres når aktiviteten av katalysatoren som omdanner syntesegassen endres henimot en stasjonær tilstand.
