Abstract
Un proceso para la preparación de productos de hidrocarburo y para la generación de energía, que comprende los pasos que consisten en (a) proporcionar un gas de síntesis que tiene una relación de hidrógeno con respecto a monóxido de carbono entre 0.1 y 1; (b) poner en contacto el gas de síntesis con uno o más catalizadores los cuales catalizan juntos una reacción de hidrógeno y monóxido de carbono a compuestos oxigenados que comprenden metanol y éter dimetílico con una relación de éter dimetílico con respecto a metanol más alta que 2 y un contenido de dióxido de carbono superior a 20% en mol; (c) poner en contacto la mezcla de compuestos oxigenados que contiene dióxido de carbono a una temperatura de entrada entre 240°C y 400°C con un catalizador que es activo en la conversión del compuesto oxigenado a hidrocarburos superiores y un gas de cola que es rico en dióxido de carbono; (d) encender el gas de cola rico en dióxido de carbono, mezclado opcionalmente con gas de síntesis rico en monóxido de carbono fresco en una cámara de combustión de turbina de gas al gas de combustión; y (e) expandir la corriente de gas de combustión a través de una turbina de gas para la generación de energía.
