Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en ny masse, som er avledet fra lignocellulosemateriale utsatt for omrøring i vandig tetra-alkylammoniumsaltløsning under mikrobølgebestråling. Oppfinnelsen vedrører også en fremgangsmåte for masseoppslutting av lignocellulosemateriale og en fremgangsmåte for å mykne lignocellulosemateriale. Det behandlete materialet er fortrinnsvis trevirke, bartre eller løvtre.
