Abstract
Fremgangsmåte og system for å formidle tilførselslinkinformasjon for intelligent valg av et maskeaksesspunkt (MAP) i et maskenett blir her beskrevet. Maskenettet inkluderer flere MAP. Disse MAP sender tilførselslinkinformasjon som angår tilførselsforbindelser mellom hvert MAP og eventuelle forbindelser i maskenettet til en trådløs sender/mottakerenhet (WTRU). Denne WTRU bestemmer så en ytelsesverdi med hensyn til disse MAP som er basert på tilførselslinkinformasjonen og velger ett av disse MAP for assosiasjon basert på ytelsesverdien. WTRU kan sende informasjon om forbindelsesbehovet til denne WTRU til de nevnte MAP, og disse MAP kan fremstille tilførselslinkinformasjonen på grunnlag av forbindelsesbehov hos WTRU.
