Abstract

Føleren 1 omfatter videre et hus 2 som definerer et kammer 8A isolert fra fluidet F, der huset 2 omfatter et område med redusert tykkelse som definerer en membran 9 som skiller kammeret 8A fra fluidet F. Aktuator-/detektorelementet 4A, 4B er anordnet inne i kammeret slik at det er isolert fra fluidet F og mekanisk koblet til membranen 9. Resonanselementet 3, 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D innrettet for å neddykkes i fluidet F er mekanisk koblet til membranen 9.
